With its piers just off of shore, we had easy access to the beautiful beach and a plethora of activities to choose from. the room we stayed in was immaculate and had every convenience we could ask for, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were always pleasant and professional. the on-site restaurants offered delicious meals at reasonable prices.

The location was perfect, beach was beautiful. The waterslide for the kids was fun.

The room that was described on bookings.com was not the same type of room we were put in. The room stated that there were two beds, this room had one double size bed and no sofa bed or any other bed, which left no place for the kids to sleep (we gave them the bed and took the couch and chair!) It was described as ocean front and we paid for that, the room was actually ocean view....should not have paid the higher premium. Overall, what was booked was not what we got, would not use this site again to book a room and would prefer to stay at the Sonoran Spa again, as it was a nicer complex and has same beach qualities.

There was an amazing restaurant in the hotel. Fantastic service offered. Las Palomas Beach & Golf was a perfect venue. We ca n't wait to go back, no complaints:)))

We loved the drinks and the views at this place, and it was only a mile from a beautiful beach, with excellent service that made our stay enjoyable.

Love the infiniti pool, the cleanliness of the room and amenities, and the staff is incredibly accommodating especially when Booked.net ruined our vacation but not confirming our reservation leaving us with no place to stay on memorial day weekend in a foreign country. Booked.net only got us one night of our three night trip. Thank goodness for the Las Palomas staff that were so helpful in getting us a place to stay last minute. Booked.net has yet to rectify the situation I would never use Booked.net to make a reservation the most frustrating traveling experience of my life and I have been traveling the world for more than 20 years.

Amazing views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. Comfortable rooms with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Great variety of pools and hot tubs to relax and have some fun.

Pricey food and drinks that do not live up to their quality. Unsatisfactory room service and poor upkeep of common areas, especially around the pools.

I really liked the security and supervision of the staff in the pool area. The condos are really nice and the beach is great.

The second day of our stay there was a problem with water pump, so there was no water in the condos for a day

Great for romance and relaxation. The hotel is located near the beach and offers plenty of places to walk hand in hand with your partner. The room was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful gardens surrounding the hotel.

The lack of maintenance is evident in the common areas and some areas of the hotel are in urgent need of repair. The pool and spa areas could be cleaner and better maintained.

This hotel is a true definition of luxury! From the exclusive amenities to the top-notch service at the Spa & Wellness Centre, we felt pampered throughout our stay. the Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and private facilities were superbly maintained and added to the luxurious experience. the location was fantastic, offering breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions.

We had one minor issue with the bar area. the drinks were a bit overpriced compared to other places we visited, which was a letdown.
